Is a Victorian property situated just off the promenade and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre of Penzance. The main line railway station and National coach station is approximately 8 minutes walk or just 2 minutes by taxi. For the comfort of all guests the property is non-smoking and not suitable for pets. There are two self-catering holiday flats at Trevergy.
1. Mennaye - sleeping 2 or 3 (one double and one single)
2. Mount Vista - sleeping 2 (twin beds)
In addition there is an ensuite twin bedded room providing Bed & Breakfast accommodation or this room can be used as an extra bedroom for either of the flats.
M E N N A Y E
This a first floor flat, accessed from the internal hallway but completely self-contained with a spacious lounge/kitchen diner, which is furnished, carpeted and decorated to a high standard, having colour television and video in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and gas cooker. Leading from the lounge is the bedroom which is furnished and carpeted again to a very high standard with both a double and a single bed and can therefore sleep 2 or 3 people. All bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels are supplied. The bathroom is off the bedroom and has toilet, wash hand basin and a double shower. Prices range from £235 to £370 per week according to season. Short breaks are available except in July and August.
M O U N T V I S T A
This is a second floor flat again accessed via the main staircase, completely self-contained with views of St. Michael's Mount nestling in the bay. This flat again is furnished, carpeted and decorated to a high standard and having a beamed ceiling with front and rear aspect windows. There is a comfortable lounge area with colour television and video and an alcove with twin beds. All bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels are supplied. The separate dining kitchen leads off the lounge and is fully equipped having microwave, refrigerator and gas cooker together with dining table and chairs. The bathroom has wash hand basin, toilet and shower. Prices range from £200 to £320 per week according to season. Short breaks are available except in July and August.Both flats have electric and gas coin meters, own keys and doorbell and access to your accommodation is available at all times.

This is available in a twin bedded room on the first floor, which is decorated and furnished to a high standard with colour television, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary biscuits and bottled water. It has its own ensuite private bathroom and shower with separate toilet. Own keys and access to room at all times. A full English Breakfast (or Continental if preferred) is served in the beautiful downstairs front lounge.
Weekly or nightly bookings taken. Prices are £22 per person per night, £25 per night for single occupancy.
If you are on a walking holiday there are facilities for drying wet clothes or if cycling safe storage for cycles overnight.
