Dowling Barn
The Terrace has a table and 4 chairs and magnificent views of St Michael's Mount.
Kitchen - fully fitted Neff kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and full range of pans/dishes/crockery/cutlery.
Hallway with radiator and airing cupboard, leads to door onto courtyard (for easier, level access).
Bedroom 1 has double bed and fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror above, radiator.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, radiator.
Bathroom/toilet is newly fitted and decorated with attractive wall and floor tiles. Bath has shower over. Wall fan heater.
Car park is shared by other residents in the block and there is a designated parking space for guests.
Shared garden/play area is at the top of the field across the lane and has magnificent views.
Nearest shop is Spar grocer and Post Office about 5 mins by car on the main A30.
Nearest pub is the Old Inn at the bottom of the hill in Ludgvan
Nearest superstores (Tesco, Sainsbury and Safeway)are all on the main road into Penzance, about 10 mins by car).
Nearest beaches : excellent beaches at Marazion and Perranuthanoe (5 mins by car).
