Outside there is parking for your car and approximately 1/4 acres of mature gardens with spectacular views for your holiday enjoyment.

The rooms on the first floor have wonderful views over the town and picturesque fishing harbour, there are comfortable sofas, fire place, TV with video, and a large dining table seating 6.
There is a recently fitted farmhouse style kitchen complete with double belfast sink, washer/dryer machine, fridge freezer, and oven/hob for all your catering needs on holiday.
In the main bedroom there is a king size bed, built in wardrobe, chest drawers, two bedside tables, reading lights and wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a built in wardrobe, bedside table, reading light, and wash basin. Also on this floor is a further bedroom with single bed and second WC. |  |
 | Mevagissey is a small, unspoilt fishing village with a colourful history of boat building and smuggling. It still retains its traditional character and has a selection of top quality restaurants, pubs, and shops. Its streets are a delightful twisting hodge-podge of whitewashed buildings lining narrow passageways. |
