The beach nearby is popular with families, manned by lifeguards during the summer season and has a separate area for surfers. To make life easier upon your return to The Welloe there is an outdoor shower for washing sand off or wetsuits down and clothes hangers for drying costumes.
Dogs are not permitted on the beach during summer and no pets are permitted at the house. No smoking is allowed inside the house. |  |
 | Newquay Airport is about 40 minutes away with several return flights a day from other UK airports. Off-street parking at the house for a maximum of two cars.
There is a village Post Office/Store and a pub and café on the beach within walking distance.
