Hillandale is a large, spacious Bungalow, fully Carpeted throughout and centrally heated.
Walk in to the conservatory into an L shaped hall. off from the hall is a large spacious lounge which seats 6 comfortably with colour television and video player. large double doors lead from the lounge to the dining room, which has a large table, which seats 8 and also have a dresser.
It has a fully equiped kitchen with double oven, hob extractor fan,dish washer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Also a utility room with sink, washing machine, fridge and microwave.
Off from the hall is a separate toilet and washbasin.
There are 3 bedrooms, one twin bedded with double wardrobe and two chests of drawers. the 2nd room with a bunk bed, wardrobe and chest. The 3rd room, master bedroom, has a double bed and a single one, 2 wardrobes, a tall chest and a smaller chest of draws, 2 bedside cabinets, a TV, Hairdryer, long mirror, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin.
Then there is the bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and shaver point.
There is a baby cot, high chair, iron and ironing boaro, clothes airier, vacuum cleaner,and coat hangers.
All bed linen and towels supplied.
Large gardens and play area outside with beautiful unspoilt views. Nearest occupied premises is approx 1/3 mile, which are our premises.
The river Camel is very close to the bungalow. Tickets can be made available for salmon fishing if required. |
