Directions
These directions assume you are starting your holiday and have thus recently entered Cornwall using either the A38 (via Plymouth) or the A30 (past Okehampton).
Whichever route you take, follow the signs to Bodmin, where you head for Bodmin town centre via Priory Road. Near the centre of Bodmin, there is a roundabout (with St.Petroc's church on the right) where you turn right onto Dennison Road.Travel along Dennison Road ( past car park on left) and just after the Seat Garage turn right (opposite Choices Video rental) and bear off left along Berrycomb Road. Travel past the firestation (on your left) and you will see the old Prison in front of you.Turn right off Berrycomb Road (Post Office workshops on left) and go up hill past Prison entrance. Just past the prison entrance, the road forks (Armchair Corner on your left) and you take the right fork which carries on up the hill. You are now in Copshorn Road.Travel on for approx. another 0.4 mile when Hillandale is on your left – just past a turning left (which you ignore) and an old stone barn on the right.
For your information, the left turn (just before Hillandale) leads to Sue and Steve's bungalow (Oaklands, the 1 st bungalow on your left) and Dave's house (Higher Bodiniel, 1 st house on right).
