Above the lounge is a mezzanine double bedroom and a downstairs bedroom can be accessed from the hallway. This is furnished with a triple bunk (single bed over double bed) and equipped with TV, Video and PS2.

 | Porthtowan is nestled into the cliffs of the dramatic North Coast of Cornwall, its large sandy beach is one of Cornwall's most renowned for surfing, with world class barrelling waves. The dramatic winding coastal paths lead to breathtaking views guaranteed to satisfy the most seasoned rambler.
There is a small well-stocked village store, delicatessen, surf hire and surf-wear shops, post office and hairdressers with complimentary therapy facilities.
There are two bars in the village, The Blue bar, virtually on the beach, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, live entertainment and excellent cuisine: and the more traditional Unicorn which caters well for families with its friendly atmosphere and varied menu.
For the children there is a recently refurbished play area adjacent to the Unicorn and of course the beach which is patrolled by lifeguards throughout the summer season. |
